Default Windmill motion in LOIO - Resolved
The windmill arms are currently rotating on the wrong plane, instead of going in a circular motion horizontall, they are going in a circular motion vertically, in effect, passing the windmill blade thru the buliding every rotation.

Seen from -2771 -2765 122 facing NE
