In short, you need the Robe of the Whistling Fist + Immortals Book + Demon Fang. However, to get the Robe of the Whistling Fist you need to get the Robe of the Lost Circle + KC Pipe + Chardok Pipe. To get the Robe of the Lost Circle you have to either kill Brother Qwinn/Brother Zephyl or at a minimum (if you buy all the other pieces) camp Raster of Guk, because The Idol he drops does not MQ.
