I never advertise that I'm porting for money. If I was, I suppose I would take whatever was offered. So the guy offering to port to BB/WC/NK/Tox for donations should probably get in the 20-30 range.
Most of the time I am getting unsolicited /tells from people asking for a port. (I'd prefer not to use /anon). From those people, I am expecting at least 30pp. I'll take less, but I'll also remember your name. My time is worth more than 20pp.
