dis is not a troll. 4.5:1 is what i am offering all of the blue tansfers trying to move large amounts of plat.
i have no interest in playin blue, so basically what im offering is to tie up a bunch of my plat sitting in a bank on blue to get you the plat you need here. sometime in the future i will try to transfer it back at a lower rate and make money for my services.
