According to Barn Bloodstone, (while following The Bayle List quest series) saying the phrase "the disease is spreading" is suppose to trigger a reaction from Opal Darkbriar. I've tried both High Elf version, and Dark Elf version, to no avail.

To be fair, I'm not sure what's supposed to happen exactly. This might be another Bayle List red herring. I no longer have a character on live who can test this out. I'll see if I can find more information on the subject. It appears I am not the only one:
