So after mobs sped up from the last patch, and I can't strafe outrun them anymore I went and got 2k worth of sow pots. So I turned off selos (and clicked off the buff), drank a sow pot, and I could still run at selo's speed.

I clicked it off thinking I may be bugged, drank another one... and I'm pretty sure if sow pots aren't close to selo's speed (with sharkskin drum) the difference is barely noticeable.

Also are the changes to run speed for mobs intended or is it going to be fixed?
