Code- Haynar: Spell push on clients changed so that players will no longer warp to a previous position if they are moving.

Cool. So just let me know when the mob movement issue has been resolved so I can go back to playing. In OT today a tiger ran faster than selos without a drum at level 42. I couldn't snare him either.
This isnt just limited to Tigers, Ive tested run speeds on rats in freeport as well. I believe based on the population of the server that most everyone is aware of the problem. took me 45 minutes to find a port to DL today from the EC tunnel, then only 9 people in DL, and only 12 people in OT. These zones are typically hot spots with at least 20 people at the time of day I was playing. Now with 1/2 the population at least.
