The only problem is: people will make their characters on the spot, as we will all start at level 1. If they have to wait a couple of hours before their respective IP exemptions get regulated, our event will be half over.
I have filed for a general IP exemption for the event weekend. Hopefully this is an option, otherwise we will have to check out alternatives.
