If you're still lacking the VS stone and/or Faydedar pod then I'd wait for more info - petition again and try for a better answer from Eunomia cause you DID turn in the correct pieces and her answer was blatantly wrong.

But if you have all the pieces (and if you say yes in your 30s to this after as long as I waited to get them off VS I am going to cry) then frankly you'll have your epic faster by raising your faction and trying again asap. You might duplicate effort but waiting for the GM's to answer or refund on a quest petition when you have all the pieces burning a hole in you bags is tough and worth the risk of another lost turn-in of minor pieces.
