Following a link from the wiki it seemed as though song skills where caped at 200 from the skill window.

While I was able to gain skills up to 235 prior to 51, in the skill window my instrument skills show red and cap at 200.

Is this bug functional? Are my instrument abilities caped at 200 right now causing me to miss more notes or is it more of a visual bug and my skills are fine?
