Think about it for a minute instead of going all kneejerk.
Why are cash camps permacamped? Is it because people enjoy stockpiling FBSS after FBSS on alts just for the hell of it? Nope. It's because those people can and do sell those FBSSes because a lot of people want them. So what happens when everything is no drop? Is frenzy suddenly going to be open for most of the day? Of course not. Just as many people want FBSSes as before, they'll just need to be camping it themselves (perhaps with a 60 main and then just switching over to an alt to loot it).
And that isn't even getting into the whole issue of selling looting rights.
