Pretty sure there are 4 categories of haste. See
http://www.zlizeq.com/Game_Mechanics...d_Mods#1_Haste . Caveat emptor, that's not from classic era. Maybe someone else can confirm with better evidence.
Anyone know if haste from quivers applies to classes other than ranger?
