Pulling is its only real use.

It has so few hitpoints that the mob would have to be really low level for it not to get smoked extremely fast. You could basically use it to hold the mob for 1 round while you cast a spell or flee.

You could use it as a small dot if there's a tank present and tanking, but frankly its so little damage that it's not worth it.
