I'm still playing casually, up to level 73, been debating on trying out a few different builds, but my luck has been great with RNG, to the point I think its broke for me, exalteds and chaos orbs dropping like candy. I found a unique strongbox last night that had a guaranteed Koam's item and not one but two Koam's items dropped, got the ring and the 2hd axe.
