Splut unusable.
FYI, After velious change, icon changed on splut from a dispell like one to a poison. Also says I am not high enough level (51) to cast. i de-memorized the spell and it will say i am insuffient level. when holding right click to read the spell it says. Cannot Use. tried to zone, nothing changes, other necros seem to be having same issue, regardless of level.
