It is 18 seconds in the classic spell file. From
Zam, it appears to have been modified around September 29, 2001. Should also check if it is procing on your group or just yourself.
Lucy doesn't identify a modification to the spell duration in the history, so it likely occurred at some point between April 2001 (Velious spell file data) and March 2002 (initial entry on Lucy).
