How about "obviously I have been reading the forums, these and other sections of it and I keep hearing both sides of the coin, but I'd like to form my decision not based just off of them, but more opinions on the matter while raising other questions/concerns of my own that some decent folk could possibly answer". It's clear from my post I have been doing some research, I see all the "consider red today" posts, I see there's a Zerg squad contesting Velious, I see the cries and drama. So how about either maybe try to help me form a better conclusion, or just don't even bother wasting yours, and ultimately my time on posting garbage here. Thanks.
Anyways... I'm no stranger to PvP, or even dealing with a Zerg that populates a majority of the server. I used to play on Rallos, Vallon, then Sullon Zek servers. I'm no stranger to PvP, I enjoy it; but I enjoy PvE as well (raiding). I understand that may be just a dream unless I join (insert X guild) here, and even then would I see loot? I really don't give a shit if I do; I just like raiding in general, and I'm no leech; I've played a Cleric since Kunark and know the class and the game pretty damn well.
I was merely just asking if this was worth my time, if it is at all possible to make my mark here if I am dedicated enough (I am), and if grouping does occur while leveling up.
I pretty much had most of my answers made clear here by the replies, that I had not seen in other posts; so I thank you guys who replied with something useful to say.
