It seems there are 2 different types of Runes of Fulguration and Runes of Attraction.
One of the Runes of Fulguration is not used in research and only drops in a couple of places.
One of the Runes of Attraction is used for research Spell: Levitate and the other for Spell: Gravity Flux.
