Also the weight on p99 was 15.6 instead of 0.0 of the one I saw drop.
Researching some zam post, sorry no link, I found the weight was changed apparently at some point. The older posts talk about the 15 weight and running out of stamina, when it went to 0.0 it actually reduced your inventory weight by -10.0 making this item even more valuable... that and it supposedly vendored for 5 k plat.
Interesting item for sure.
