I did not play a bard on live, so I am not sure this is broken or WAI.
The level 32 bard song Cassindra's Chorus of Clarity(lucy link -

does not last the same duration as other songs when attempting to twist. The duration according to lucy is 3 ticks(the same as all the other songs). I can keep up 3 songs no problem as long as 1 of them isnt mana song( seems to last half the duration)
