Shaman is pretty darn good HIGH end, and I mean like 56 plus with a Epic, lots of expensive spells, expensive gear.

Chanter can do it at level 4 and hardly any gear other than Charisma stuff, which is pretty cheap overall, and not a lot of spell costs. And no Epic.
