Yea, if it was easy you would not want to be here.
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] At 5 try to get to Blackburrow. Once you can get a few spells and a better weapon it will be really easier to stay alive.
Big trouble is it is VERY hard for you to get your spells anywhere but Halas as a Barb. So I would try to sell some loot you get and buy as many spells as you can there before leaving. I think there is a quest to get spells free in Halas at the Guildmasters.
