Transactions
Doran Vargnus Dwarven merchant on sister isle in Ocean of Tears has issues staying in his place making it impossible to conduct any business. Randomly vansishing and popping up in different locations (NOT due to agro). Able to target but unable to stand close enough to begin transactions.
Assuming this is part of the whole NPC agro/range issue that everyone else seems to be having with certain npc's throughout the world.
