.. the spell is listed as beneficial it will not aggro the mob, nor is it possible to resist it. The spell will always land, but it may not mem blur the mob, just a 25% chance every tick. Also I am not sure how they calculate the chance to blur, as low level mobs are almost always blurred, and high level ones are much harder to mem blur.
