You'll force guilds like Casual Scum to generate a batphone (which they won't do) or they'll never get anything. TMO and Friends may have a few scuffles here and there, but no more than what already happens from time to time.
Honestly I just think sim repops a bit more frequently are nice, look at the awesome battle in EJ the other day!

CS has a Batphone but we don't use it at shitty hours.
Poopsocking would never happen like it does on blue. Jib is right about zone control skirmishes but anything empire wanted would be theirs unless it falls in Friends' late night slot.
Currently CS and TMO are in no shape to fight a full Friends raid force. There are some scenarios where one of these guilds could get a snipe but since neither are zerging content ATM it would only take a few players to wreck an engage.
