Nothing wrong with the quality, I can watch both in HD on youtube.

HD definitely seems to help. On the Coast video, especially when turning, the picture can be quite blocky. Increasing the bitrate helped a ton. I just need to find a happy medium between quality and filling my harddrive.
Does anyone have any input on how to optimize their recording? Using Open Broadcast Software.
