Hand to Hand SK ISkar
Question regarding hand to hand skill ups on an iksar shadowknight. I'm level 45 and was working on skilling up my hand to hand. I have it to 75, but has stalled for several gaming sessions working just on hand to hand. Was wondering if the Wiki and posts were wrong about this being 100 level skill for SK below level 50.
