Hmm alright I do see it is possible to repair faction with Ring of Scale via certain mobs and Mistmoore mobs. Thanks for that.

Anyone know anything about the high end dragon(s) that spawn in like DL, EJ, etc and how kos faction with these two factions effects their agro / agro radius? |
kunark dragons are ring of scale. if you aren't kos to ring of scale you can walk right up to most of them and give them a hug.
their AEs still kill you just as fast though if another person who is kos aggro's them.
