Well there is no such thing as a "camp dispute" when two players can just pvp for it.
But the truth is that most of the time you can't actually pvp the oor guy coming in to steal your camp and you just end up having to play petitionquest like you were on blue. Assuming you even see someone else at the camp lol.

Petitionquest ends in GM never answering the petition and both players end up giving up and there is never 15 page threads like this one.
