Should be in Technical Forum I would think but, are you running full screen? I'm going to assume you completed the steps but you should be sure you followed them. Could there be a firewall blocking access? Did you update your install on accident? Did it patch at all? If so, not spose to. I'd say to make absolutely sure you followed all steps in the setup guide then see if you still have probs. If after doing that you still can't get it going you can go into your everquest install dir and into the Logs folder and look for dbg.txt. If you up that or show the contents of it here it may help others help you.
