Fear kiting + Entropy Spine
When mobs are being fear kited with Argo's Binding + Screech... whenever the Entropy Spine procs blind on mobs they go totally mental.
They don't know whether they are coming or going; and fear gets effectively cancelled.
Can you please sort this out? Feared mobs should run away, blinded or not... they shouldn't turn and fight.
