I WILL say that fucking none of them are speaking out against this shit. Oh some of the political leaders will say they're against ISIS because ISIS is now a threat to their security, but they aren't speaking out against their ideologies and never have. This isn't some new thing the world has to deal with. They've been committing acts of terror for decades and muslim religious leaders never spoke out against it. Some even actively promote it, and when a terrorist act is successful they and their terrorist supporters celebrate in the streets and yell about allahu's snackbar.

We are talking about people who will arrest, whip and execute women when they're raped, according to sharia law, which by the way also says the legal age of consent for a married girl is 9.
