If you zone fast (I tend to) then Misty is the shortest running distance.
Gfay does not involve zoning from the spire but does require a wiz instead of a druid, a bit of a run to the center of zone, then dealing with the elevator and treetop city.
Tox, is actually 2 zones away from the good bank (1 zone away from an evil bank.. technically closer to the evil bank than neriak but the whole layout and needing a key and everything... why bother).
Misty is by far the quickest way to bank unless it takes you 5 minutes to zone.
