It's nice that so much is known about these mobs at least; whereas the variance and/or spawn of VS remains is basically a complete mystery.

He should be spawning immediately after VS's death for 1 month, then changed in the April era to a timer after VS dies. I haven't been in KC in months, but if you waited 24 hours to check, then you likely missed him.

1 month after VSR/Fay Triggers (4-4.5 months after Velious) = VS becomes ~3 day spawn and VSR much faster spawn rate. For a month of VSR, it appears directly after VS dies, so people can leave it if they don't need his other drops (we'll see how that pans out).

We have increased the spawn rate of Venril Sathir and his skeletal remains. Please note that only Rangers and Druids will be able to trigger the spawn for the skeletal remains, and those remains will only be dropping items for those epic quests. Hopefully these changes will dramatically reduce the competition and resentment over this spawn.
