I still see this issue too I just want to give this guy like 2000 muffins but he only appears outside the west freeport gates. If I logout and login he will show up for around 5 seconds then he just disappears as if he teleported away or something. When I try to track him the track just leads me into a wall. I even checked underground in the sewers and he isn't there either. Please help I just want to fix my faction
