skills and attack mean nothing on p99 its not coded like that, it has raw values based on class. those number literally mean nothing.

Maybe you should have played post velious, and then you could speak from experience, rather than your asshole.
I notice alot more mitigation at 1250 ac with max agi and dex, i also hit more, hit harder, and backstab way harder with 1500 attack.
