It's the best belt item in the game outside of the dragon/planes drop and of course the FBSS. Combine it with a Mith 2 Hander for an uber twink set-up (I'm using this combo now). It's value is 2.5-3k. It's kinda hard to sell because everyone would rather save up for a FBSS, unfortunately. GL selling it man.
