What about split the timeline?
I want to play on a server were the sleeper was never imprisoned and just goes around randomly zone wide death touching forever.

Make it every evening, he randomly shows up around 7 pm.
Add a game wide announcement, "The Sleeper has been spotted in %zone."
Make him run at bard speed, and aggro on everyone in zone. At range 200, he DTs. And then he runs for the next closest PC, until they also are dead. Repeating until the zone is empty. Then he kills all NPCs (like merchants) in zone, who stay dead for 3 days.
Now that is my kind of fun.
