Someone asked a question i am going to answer them about why I choose The Elite Guild name and Crypt Raiders
The Elite was my shorter version since I had everyone asking what does Exordium mean, and when i did a guild name poll like this one, well i got some good advice try to keep it short and simple not long name guilds they get over looked.
So i took that advice and took out Exordium out what was my original guild name The Elite Exordium,TEE, then it went to The Elite, well for awhile i had over 120 players in T.E.
it was booming like spikes in a stock market. but my work schedule got changed, then i was not very active, so i wanted to give leadership to my second buddy on p99 i meet on here, he did not want the responsibility.
Which I totally understood and respected him for it, so my next approach was to pop on here and there see how the guild is going, no so well alot of people left because i was not active enough. so I took a break for about 6months then i came back to p99.
Had another great idea that would get people's interest how about a guild named Crypt Raiders.
The meaning behind it was pure artistry Crypt was the breakdown of Dungeons for the attributes of Dungeon Crawling as a guild unit, and Raiders was going to be the guilds future to raid low content trash then work ourselves up to end game content raid bosses. also why gave the leadership to Wickedways,Kriminal because he had the same mind set as me for the guilds progression.
I just got impatient and only thought of myself at that time, such a stupid move which i did applogize to all eq'ers of p99 for my ego,self loathing,pride of myself.
Which i am here today that i am not going get out of my mind like that i almost lost everything i worked hard for woman,pets, house, jobs etc a break from eq is what i needed now i can rightful take the reigns and be a great Guild Leader.
Anyways the reason my guilds crumbled not because of bad leadership it was not active enough for new members to know who i was. and what my role was in the guild.
Lol also me having 3 accounts x 8 characters full of alts and a few mains people could not keep track which character I was on.
So my guild beginning a casual ,laid back guild would be a nice change of pace, and i am not sweating the raid scene no longer it's what it is,
