Money guide? What class and level? If 14-24 I'd say NK you start to make ok pp off of lightstones with fast leveling (~100pp/hr). Of course tracking is a useful skill, but not needed if no real competition. Although, if a bard shows up, may as well log and do something else, unless you are leveling a ranger (rangers are ideal for it and p0wn low-life bards while yet are nice to other players) ...

If Cleric, Enchanter or Warrior, best to stick to like unrest at those level. Not great pp, but good group exp.
