Hmm, that's odd. I don't recall if there was a faction change in SQ back on live or not, but I'd guess no. I'll poke at it with my characters and see if I notice any change and let you know if I do.
For QeynosCitizen though, shouldn't you be able to get wolf form and just turn a ton of rat fur into caps with Menkes?
