With 15hp/tick Fungi Tunic + 15 hp/tick Regrowth of the Grove + innate health regen you are regenerating more than 300hps a minute. Even more for trolls and iksar.

Now I totally understand... that's pretty crazy.
One more question related to that stuff is how did they nerf it (and also some fungi staff? or visa versa?) and did that significantly reduce the effectiveness of the item?
