Lutez is a bad ass PL. He got one of my chars from 36-46 in record time if u ask me. The second time I got a character from 24 to 30 in an amazing amount of time.
He is the serious type of PLer you are looking for. I vouch for him 100% and actually just got done requesting another PL right now(30-35) when he told me he made a post to help build community trust.
He didn't tell me to come here and post, I wanted to. I made an appointment for tomorrow to get a char from 30-35. I have a RL friend who will be meeting up with Lutez sometime next week to get from 16-30.
