Hey Riakon, this isn't an epic you can really do without a guild... or the MQ plat.
I mean it's possible, but getting a crew together to voluntarily do King in Chardok and be on standby for Ragefire when you hand the pearl in is long odds!
Have a think about joining a guild, the epic quests are a cornerstone of working together in EQ etc

As for the Plasmatic Priest, I knew someone who thought he could duo it with him (cleric) and a 60 necro. Didn't go so well. Make sure you have at least a group of people including a tank
