How would I do that? I did a /petition in game but have yet to hear back. I am certain I turned in the proper items, as I did for the other three focus items, but a double check couldn't hurt.

Reimbursements are done via the forum, not in game petitions.

Post there and they can get back to you, be sure to include information such as which NPC, your character name, items used, item expected, date, approximate time.
You may get reimbursement if it is a bug, if you messed it up in some way then you just gotta do it again.
