In theory it should be, but slows and poisons are unclassically high on the threat meter here.

We should bug report this again, really. Sometime around March Verant hugely reduced spell threat across the board. Currently a slow is like 750 hate and it should be 350, etc. A Warrior should actually be able to tank with two fast weapons and no procs at all.
Also, that sig is awesome. The SoDs as fingers were an excellent touch.
