you need an accuser/witness typically. A guy saying some guys did such and such isn't going to amount to anything except attempt to contact the alleged perp to try to get him to self-incriminate. ignore the call (it is your right in the US not to answer any questions) and there isn't much that can be done without evidence.
Additionally, If you think screenshots, esp from those two guys, are some kind of evidence then I don't know what to tell you.
only way pills for pixels can be used as a threat outside of receiving a phone call (attempt to contact) is if Agatha or kerwin participated in a case, assuming LEO is even interested in opening a case based on whatever weird uncool and abnormal people try to solicit.
this is also assuming two spurned manic drug users are accepted as credible.
not going back over this though. pills for pixels isn't a real thing, even if it was "real". this isn't the reason Nasty Nirg is holding back. Believe it or not he is actually a good guy-- and that has infinitely more to do with this 'hold up".
