Another overlooked option is golden jaded bracelets: 2ac 15hp 15mana.. couldnt run more than 40ish pp for a pair, and until about level 30 they will outperform 5wis bracer for mana (with the hps being a nice bonus).

Can get a batfang headband / savants cap (2ac 3 wis/int) rather cheaply.

Plat Armbands (0ac 3wis/3str) are a nice buy at 50-75pp.. Altho at this point of the server i'm sure someone would either swing you a screaming deal or flat out give you Azure Sleeves (12ac) out of the goodness of their heart.

Purity Belts (3ac 2sta/2str) can either be bought from players for 5-10pp, or usually there is a stock of 'em in EFP at the merchants by the docks.

Kobold Hide boots are also pretty cheap (5ac 3agi 10hp?), but since it's caster gear people still might railroad ya.

Foreman's Tunic (10ac 3str/3wis?) should be about 100pp or so. Bear Hide Jerkins even less.

You are going to have to shell out good cash for silver or plat ruby veils tho (+4 str/wis, +7str/wis) respectively.

the 3wis earrings should be about 40pp a pair or less, the 6wis rings will cost closer to 175-200pp per ring, but you'll wear em well into kunark.

And yeah, split paw hide gloves are practically given away at this point.

Ding to 29, start porting the masses, and then get ready to go on your real spending spree.
