Literally need to make the accounts and then apply for the IP exemption ahead of time - might be up to a few weeks before it's granted... never had one but those who had one granted seem to say it takes between a couple of days up to a few weeks depending when they get around to it.
There's other emulated EQ servers that allow boxing out there, alternatively, which would forego that part if it's just for one casual day
