I think what some people do is leave a log running (or GINA if they're not classicly minded) and sit there afk to get a timer on him.
Works on other mobs too of course (Hadden etc). Just a thought.

what we need is a thread, where players update each mob (or perhaps add to the wiki) what mobs say/cast/do on spawn.. so you
can set up audio triggers, or search log files for spawns etc.
by need I mean, idk if you think that is going too far and becoming an asshole afk hardcore poopsocking neckbeard asshole.
